Pros

Quiet and well-maintained building. Lovely block. Laundry in basement. Super is always quick to respond. Plenty warm in winter.

Loved my apartment wish i could stay

Pros

Apt was beautifully renovated, owner was attentive to any problems that arose. Wish I could stay but had to move to a larger space.

Cons

Not much, I would say the annoying woman on the block “the mayor” was about it.
