    Lovely local
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Love the individual units. Entrance and hallways are disgusting. Amazing location. Sackett street is a dream.
    Cons:
    Hard to get a hold of the landlord. Exterminator gaslight us once. Person who does the repairs does a shoddy job that doesn’t last long.
