Good neighbors, stayed for the community + the surrounding area.

Cons

Landlord was really unresponsive. You need something fixed just do it yourself. Had roaches a couple times even though we kept the place very clean.

Advice to the owners

Good rent price and didn't raise cost but it was nothing special.
