Pros

Moved in recently and love it here. Clean apartment, owner cares about his building, neighbors are great

Front door closes loud but no other cons

Good building on a great block

Pros

large one bedroom with great outside space, quiet neighbors, huge bathroom, zero pests in 7yrs of living there!

Cons

No washer/dryer though I believe one was installed when we left, bedroom was on the other side of the front door that always slammed
