Great location. Across from lucali
They renovated this very narrow brownstone to be 2 bed, 2 bath and it doesn’t make sense. Consider this a 1 bed with a small office and an unnecessary amount of square footage dedicated to bathroom. I found the property management (Freestone) to be extremely challenging. Would not recommend
