Central heat/air. Great townhouse with outdoor space in every unit. Beautiful location in underrated part of neighborhood. Very affordable rent for part of Brooklyn. Most maintenance requests were quickly handled.
Owners only accepted rent by check. BQE noise can be heard shaking bedrooms. Had to rent thru broker so broker fee for unit in building with zero amenities. Beware getting security deposit may be arduous process.
