Nice gym in the building, laundry in the basement, heat/ac in the living room and bedroom, full appliances, nice roof area, pretty lobby.
Door at front of building sometimes doesn't get fully closed/locked, sometimes fruit flies coming from trash room/around the building (exterminator called)
Make sure the front door is fully closed/alert tenants to check.
