Pros

Good location. Good super, except when appliances (or anything in the apartment) need fixing.

Cons

Things are constantly broken- appliances are very old and constantly breaking. Floors warped. Broken Fridge broken and leaks for our entire 2 years here. Large roaches they call “waterbugs”. Broken stove for about a full year. He also will NOT return security deposit, even after court orders. Do not recommend living here.

Do your job like the rest of us and be a little less cheap

Good location and tenants are awesome.

Security deposit was returned late. Hard to get landlord to do anything.

Hire an actual super instead of somebody who is antagonistic.
