    Bad property manager and stingy landlord
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Good location and tenants are awesome.
    Cons:
    Security deposit was returned late. Hard to get landlord to do anything.
    Advice to owner:
    Hire an actual super instead of somebody who is antagonistic.
