Renters approve of the building's owners
The landlords are warm and caring and live in the building. They are ethical and fair. The location is fantastic and the apartment is spacious by NYC standards.
There is definitely an issue with rodents, that has only become worse with the Barclays Center. While the landlords are kind, they, like many, think of their bottom line (like getting local handy people to fix things rather than hire a professional.)
