Friendly landlord, great location, generally quiet street, large rooms, high ceilings, original crown moldings intact
Odd but not unexpected layout (if sharing with roommates, one will get a much better room,) annual winter mice but landlord is responsive with pest control
May be time to deep clean and update the stairwell carpetting
