    Broken heating system, irresponsible owner, horrible management

    Pros:
    The building is in a great location on and nice block
    Cons:
    The heat breaks constantly. The owner will not replace the system. Plumbers needs to be sent multiple times (5-10) every winter to restore heat and sometimes it takes days. The management company will not respond unless you threaten to withhold rent
