    Pros:
    Heat is good
    Cons:
    Garbage is taken out by tenants. There are rodents and water bugs. Outside door must be kicked to close. Lighting in hallway is limited. He doesn’t care about tenants.
    Advice to owner:
    Please fix the building and upgrade. We all pay the rent on time!
