Pros:
Good water pressure, in a GREAT neighborhood with good food, plenty of space to throw out the garbage
Cons:
-Complained about hearing a rat for months and did not bring in pest control until we actually saw one
-Many neighbors constantly seem high on drugs
-Landlord charged $2800 for paint touch ups
-Gaslighting- told the landlord the water on our fridge wasn't working- said MAYBE if we re-sign they'd fix it/ get us a new fridge..
