WORSE LANDLORD IN CARROLL GARDENS
Pros
The only good thing about this building is that it sits on a very lovely quiet block and there are only two units in the building.
Cons
I worked with this landlord for about a year and he is nothing but inconsiderate and prejudice. He is a slumlord and won't fix anything, his buildings are rundown and his apartments are offer priced and outdated. I worked on a listing for 30 days and got him 3 applications two in which he denied just because and told me your the realtor you can figure out what to tell them about not being approved.
