    Sweet spot in Carroll Gardens
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The landlord is very responsive/accommodating and all the tenants are amazing.
    Cons:
    The front door doesn’t seem to shut so always remains open.
    Advice to owner:
    Appreciate your help and how responsive you are!
