    Nice place, it sucks that management is unhelpful

    Pros:
    Unit was nice
    Backyard was great
    Cons:
    Appliances don't work, management doesn't believe you and comes to look but does not actually do anything.
    Landlord is disrespectful
    Unit was filthy and landlord lied about appliances working
    Advice to owner:
    Stop lying to your tenants and just fix things when they are broken so no one has any issues
