    Infested with rodents.
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    100 year old 6 unit building with backyard and plenty of rodents.
    Cons:
    Building is infested with rodents and landlord refuses to take care of it. I’ve been asking him for the past 9 years. Even after DHPD gave him violations for it he still refuses to fix it. I hear them running around in my ceiling in my bedroom every night and can’t sleep. It is affecting my mental and physical health.
    Advice to owner:
    Please deal with rodent infestation.
