Terrible and cold

Pros:
You have quick access to trains
Cons:
No heat. No hot water. Super doesn’t do his job. Landlord runs from responsibility. Dirty building. Rude neighbors. Illegally parked trucks in front of building all day. No building access due to broken door. Packages unable to be delivered. Leaks.
