Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Actually crazy owner

Pros

It looked great.

Cons

Owned by couple at the time. Wife of said couple was, I suspect, suffering from some kind of mental disorder. She was rageful, intrusive and paranoid. Overheard words from the apartment were twisted into being about her, she was retaliatory with noise. Dog left off leash to roam in building unattended. Sense of ownership of the building was intense and did not seem to include the rights of tenants who pay to have private spaces. Code violations found after the fact. Massive headache all around and the level and type of hostility was jarring and occasionally frightening. Genuinely hope it's not being rented anymore.

Advice to the owners

Get someone to manage property, get help, respect tenants.
