    Pros:
    The neighborhood & community are great
    Cons:
    The windows are drafty during cold months, oven not functioning correctly for over a year, hot water heater doesn’t work and leaks water all over the bathroom very often, the refrigerator has been leaking water for months, no proper trash or recycling cans for tenants use,Low water pressure, landlord and his repair team do not comply with wearing masks while working in your apartment on multiple occasions
    Advice to owner:
    Please properly fix the appliances!
