Overpriced for value in living experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amenities are kept clean and functioning. Beautiful finishes. Good neighbors. Responsive and helpful maintenance.
Cons:
Improperly installed patio door leaks water into unit. Floors installed without finish so easily damaged. Price tag. Better comps in area with similar or better amenities.

Some issues, but great value
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap rent; great location; lots of food options and supermarkets nearby; lots of subway stations; building is brand new; spacious rooftop deck with grill; a lot of units have balconies; responsive management
Cons:
Right across Barclays Center - very loud; some issues take a while to get fixed (broken doors, AC units); heating only possible via AC unit, which is costly; the building and rooms seem like they were constructed and designed without much care (they feel cheap);
