Clean building, great cleaning service and great management. Building is in rough shape even for its looks.
Cons:
Hardware and everything showing signs of wear, cracks for a relatively modern building. 2025 currently overpriced for a 3BD 3BA for about 1700 a person.
Advice to owner:
Lower the price, fix cosmetic issues in-between tenants, ensure kitchen hardware is refreshed soon.

Pros:
The landlord and maintenance workers are very responsive to all concerns. Have had no issues thus far. Very clean building (professionally cleaned twice per week)
Cons:
Only issue that come up was the in building washer and dryer was out of service for three months, but landlord was responsive and attempted to get it fixed as soon as possible
