Building-wide pest issues for months, building outdated, tons of things broken that I’ve been complaining about since I’ve moved in, landlord and property manager couldn’t care less about their building. DO NOT MOVE HERE. These people should not be allowed to operate a building. This is my 4th NYC apartment and by far the worst management. The super is the sweetest, other than that, everything has been awful.
