    Pretty good deal
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The neighbors are great
    There's no noise coming from any up/downstairs, or next door
    Lots of natural light
    Community is nice and welcoming
    Next to Sunset Park
    You get an extra room just for storage
    Cons:
    Winter is miserable since the heat leaks out from the windows
    DNR trains can have their off days
    Electric bill is pretty high during Winter
