Building management does not exist
Former Tenant
Pros:
The view of backroom is good.
Cons:
The heater was broken, the washing machine is leaking water, the intercom system is broken, the roof is leaking water. You can call the landlord to complain but don't expect any improvements. You can also submit complaints to 311 but the landlord would just ignore it.
Advice to owner:
Please hire someone else to help you to take care of the building if you are busy.
