    Terrible place to live

    Pros:
    Location is near Prospect Park.
    Cons:
    This building is the worst ever. People smoking in the lobby lounge, random kids roaming and destroying things around the building. The building is very dirty and never clean because the maintenance person (Rohan) is always carrying his pack of beers into the building in the early afternoons, drinking and getting drunk on the job, hanging in front of 1035 Washington building. Multiple residence also believe he and the building super are the ones stealing package. I hope ownership do something by paying the building a visit and see how slowly is being destroyed.

    New(er) building, questionable location

    Pros:
    Across from Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Propect Park. Basically quiet - with the windows closed. Near subway. Rooftop amenity. Small gym. Laundry in unit.
    Cons:
    Building is only 2 years old, but cheaply built, so things are already breaking. Showers and sink leak. Heat/AC leak and is wonky even though new. Poor plumbing causes smell from Washer/Dryer drain. Not near much else. Limited good food delivery options. Near too many fast food joints. Garbage thrown on the street and sidewalks, since no garbage cans on the corners. Landlord not interested except when renewing. Super only available during working hours and not on weekends - and not very responsive. Small gym is a joke and dirty. Too close to Ebbits Field projects. Packages get stolen - since no doorman and thieves just follow delivery guys in. Tenants are questionable.
    Advice to owner:
    Go around and actually preemptively fix all the cheaply put together stuff before it breaks and causes a bigger issue. Need a Super that is more responsive with longer hours and is not "apparently" stretched so thin. Better, cleaner gym with higher weights. Better front door security and doors that can't be broken. Deal with all the garbage thrown around the building.
