Good management, nice building
Pros
- moved in, some spider beetles; management brought in pest control - super responsive management - good appliances and finishes - spacious rooms - laundry usually free since it’s a small building
Cons
- paid for neighbor’s utilities due to mixed up registration; never got this money back from coned (and the neighbor was spending a lot) - some yelling outside at night due to the convenience store right next door but didn’t run into trouble coming back late - construction on the 1st floor without warning
