Extremely cheap on heat, hot water & repairs

Cons
Uses regular exterminator for bedbug outbreak, Always has an excuse & constantly need to ask when are the repairs going to get done. Not adequate enough on heat, comes on only in the early morning, mid afternoon & early evening, have to dress up in many layers of clothing & blankets to stay warm, freezing cold. For hot water especially when taking showers, need to either take it before going to bed or wake up extra early before your neighbors before hot water runs out. You'll end up taking cold showers regardless because hot water starts to run out quickly.
