Rat Infestation in the walls

Beautiful apartment on second floor and close to the train!

Cons

Landlord lives on first floor and has loud children who tried to threaten me when I lived there. Rats chewed threw my bedroom wall under my bed and there was brand new baby mice in kitchen behind fridge, also I kept the apartment spotless- landlord blamed it on me at first and acted clueless to the rats living in the walls. Only offered my deposit back if I wouldn’t leave a review? Strange behavior.
