Very close to a lot of stores schools, transportation the owner Angel is super kind and understanding open to speaking and helping, but the super they have Ray is extremely neglectful and feels extremely superior and even if you have a job that you need in order to pay rent if he tells you a certain time you have to work around his schedule
Cons:
Outdated it takes a long time for the landlord Ray to come and fix stuff. My floor has been lifted up and has stripped my siblings many times it took more than two years and a half for them to fix the roof that was falling until I threaten them to sue if it fell specially, after the little earthquake, New York City had They didn’t fix it. They just patched it up. My bathroom sink had mold and they were just gonna put wood over it. I made them replace it completely relatives of the Owner live in the basement that enter my apartment without permission and walk around people from the apartment next to me on the last floor can be very rude and nasty when discarding their trash.
Advice to owner:
Listen to what people are saying they ask for simple things like fixing the locks making the light sensors last longer fixing the light from the main entrance where it’s so dark you can literally trip make us feel human when we ask you for something we live there 24 seven 365 days of the year we pay rent if something is not working and it is not safe we know it’s not safe and not working because we live in those conditions

Pros:
Absolutely nothing good about this building
Cons:
The building is falling apart there’s so many huge water bugs crawling everywhere there’s holes in the building where bugs and rats crawl in and out of all day they refuse to fix the building. It’s so dirty. A couple months ago ceiling pieces to the hallway to go up the stairs fell on my elderly grandmas head the owner does not want to do anything about it the lights in the hallways were off for months I missed a step due to no lights and luckily caught myself from falling to the floor horrible conditions
Advice to owner:
Stop being cheap and fix all the problems
