Pretty to look at, poorly built
Pros
It is genuinely aesthetically appealing and the common spaces are nice. Management is very easy to work with and responsive. Super is nice. The problem is not them. It is the building itself and whoever built it.
Cons
Cheap building materials. Very thin walls. Noise is more like having a roommate than a neighbor. Normal conversations can be heard clearly in the hall and nearby units. Low water pressure, so much so that the toilet doesn't always flush. Select high end finishes. The rest are veneer that are already starting to bubble and peel.
Advice to the owners
Use better materials. Please fix the noise problem.
