Management is Terrible
Pros
Nice to have a gym, balcony, rooftop, laundry, and mail room. Close to subways. Apartment building is a year old.
Cons
Management is not responsive and doesn't care about tenants. They take forever to contact you about any tickets you file. Awful at proactive communication-when someone broke into the building around the holidays and stole packages, they did not share that information with residents. Instead, they waited for individual people to contact them before they revealed there was video of a break-in. They give non-tenants access codes to the building, where they have been holding meetings in the lobby, using the small gym to work out and hold classes, and violate their own policies/safety concerns/lease guidelines. Laundry machines break at least once a week. Promised us a rec room in 2025 as an amenity/entice you to sign a lease, which is still used as landlord storage space a year later. Maintenance workers that our rent pays for are also assigned to empty trash/recyclables from a private residence owned at 246 Sullivan Place. Your extremely high rent goes to pay for services and amenities enjoyed by non-residents. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Advice to the owners
Your skills would be better suited for jobs as used car salesman

Cons
I wish they would provide the super an apartment so he would be live in.
Advice to the owners
Great apartment management seems a little distant wish management was more proactive
