    Beautiful Space, Problematic Landlord

    Pros:
    Excellent natural light throughout the apartment
    Wonderful neighbors who are friendly and respectful
    Spacious layout with nice features
    Cons:
    Landlord is unresponsive to maintenance requests and often takes months to address issues
    Poor quality repairs - landlord attempts DIY fixes that often create additional problems rather than hiring licensed professionals
    Significant noise transfer through walls from neighboring units
    Landlord lives in the building and frequently intrudes on tenant privacy, including surveillance and appearing outside tenant windows
    Outdoor space that was advertised as private was converted to shared space mid-tenancy without notice or rent adjustment
    Landlord makes unilateral changes to lease terms and apartment features without tenant consultation
