I lived on the top floor so no one was above us and you’re the only one on the floor. You get great natural sunlight so perfect for plants. The older tenants took care of garbage.
Cons:
MICE! We were not told beforehand that there was a mouse problem. There were holes all over the kitchen that had to be patched. The landlord did not paint the apartment beforehand. The front door locks were broken for 6 months.
Advice to owner:
Do better, take care of your building and fix these shitty features.
