The building was cleaned often, the super is GREAT and I never had any major issues while living here. It’s an old building so some pests and breakdown is to be expected, but when I brought issues up they were taken care of. Rent stabilized.

Like I said, it’s an old building. The appliances are old and there were some pests, but nothing out of control.

Good Super but it is still an old building with pest issues

Pros:
The super is very responsive and seems to care about the tenants. The garbage and recycling area is maintained well and kept tidy.
Cons:
Waterbugs are a big issue here, despite how many times the exterminator comes to spray the apartments and building, they keep re-appearing. Unfortunately, because the building is so old, the problem is deeper than a superficial fix.
Advice to owner:
You might want to have the entire building evaluated for bug infestation.
