Good sunset park building

Pros:
Garbage is regularly managed. Neighbors are quiet and to themselves.
Cons:
Roach problem building wide. Owner can be slow to respond. Door bell does not work at all and owner refuses to fix it. Lack of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
Advice to owner:
Fix the very few problems there are to help make the neighborhood nicer and to bring the building itself to the next level.
