Let the renters beware

Pros:
Location, quiet block, brick building
Cons:
Too often no heat, no hot water or no water at all, In the winter, boiler at times releases unbearable fumes, mgmt takes too long for repairs, poor communication between mgmt and tenants, they also can be a bit condescending when addressing building issues, plenty of bugs
