Close to the subways
Cons:
The apartments are falling apart. Roaches and mold are main issues with building. The management careless. Every year rent goes up
Advice to owner:
Stop being a slumlords and take care of your building and tenants

It has a passcode to get in and generally not really any safety issues
Cons:
This building was cheaply made and there are rats chewing through the building currently due to construction across the street.
