New building with HPD affordable housing in the Chinese part of Sunset park and two block away from the Latino part of Sunset park. You will never have to cook again if you don't want to. The best of two worlds on your plate.
Cons
It is small as the newer units tend to be but that is a fair trade off.
Advice to the owners
There needs to be a better system to report issues like AC/Heating units malfunctions and leaks. There is no live in super and the owners are not quickly accessible.
