    This Building needs to be fix it looks Abandon. The agency and they own

    Pros:
    Nothing - dangerous-Nasty
    Cons:
    No heat though the whole building everyone in the building has to pay for heat and hot water.. the whole building is falling apart!!
    Advice to owner:
    They need to fix the building
