    Landlord is trustworth

    Pros:
    The landlord is very trustworthy and will show up whenever you have an issues. The building is clean and well kept. The subway is right on the corner.
    Cons:
    Sometimes there can be noise on the main street due to traffic, but that is only during the day time.
    Advice to owner:
    No advice to the property owner.
