Broke our Lease, don’t live here!

Pros:
Amenities were great if you’re cool with roaches. A/C was amazing
Cons:
GERMAN COCKROACHES in both the apartment and amenities. Paper thin walls. Terrible management. Black mold.
Advice to owner:
Don’t just let people out of the lease when they call 311. Address the problems and help the people who stay.

Very beautiful buildings but think twice

Pros:
- a lot of lounges - new building - laundry in the basement - balcony
Cons:
- if you have a problem (even emergency) and text management on Friday/ Saturday- you get no reply. Wait till Sunday or Monday or fix it by yourself - roaches. We got lucky not to have it on our floor, but a lot of them I the basement/other floors - neighbors. It is a nice building with a lot of NOT nice people. Loud music (even at 5-6am), steal packages, don’t clean after their dogs (not only on the rooftop but also IN the building) - MAD HIGH ELECTRICITY BILL. We weren’t in the apartment the whole January and our bill was 700$ (mind everything was off). Every apartment pays 500-700$ in winter and 300-400 in summer. - Poor water pressure
