Could have been a lot better

Pros:
Great location between multiple train stops
Cons:
Roaches in every room of the house, ceiling leak, very high heat in the winter with no option to turn it down. Building front door was unlocked/open most of the time. Waited weeks to be assessed for repairs after hole in ceiling started forming, but never fixed in my time of living there. Pest control did not assess or improve roach problem.
Advice to owner:
Try ways to help your tenants proactively when they come to you with pest issues
