Reasonably priced when I lived there.
Landlord is scummy. With a little research you'll find that he charges illegal rents in the stabilized buildings he owns. Offered a comically small buyout when he took over ownership of the building, and attempted to renew lease at an illegal rate. Put in the cheapest possible "renovations" to try to boost rents in the building. Avoid at all costs.
