Great overall but poor property management

Pros:
The apartments are newly renovated and nice. Neighbors are great and respectful. Rent is very reasonable. Awesome location.
Cons:
The property management company is terrible. Poor responsiveness; maintenance tickets are left open for months and never addressed or closed without being addressed. Communication with them is frustrating. The building common areas are also rarely cleaned. There’s no way to get in touch with the landlord directly.
Advice to owner:
Replace the property management company.

Updated & Renovated. Excellent location. Quiet block
Cons:
Things take a while to get fixed, Property manager is not very responsive, slow to act

More prompt communication needed between property manager and tenants
