Storage unit, well-kept, kind landlord
Cons:
Super/repairs can take a few days if they're minor, wish there were dishwashers

The landlord lives in the building and is very friendly, communicative, and responsive. Any issues that came up were addressed quickly.
Cons:
Because owners live in the building, the hallways can be a bit messy at times.
