No consistent communication

No pros, just cons.
Cons
Worst landlords ever. The whole time that they were prepping to sale the property they lied and claimed they weren't selling and claimed that the random inspections were just routine. Then they failed tell anyone who was involved in the process of our lease renewal. Also they claimed that they don't offer two year leases which must also be a lie considering someone's earlier review.
Advice to the owners
You should know better.
