honest review of 825 dekalb
Pros
Easy to pay rent online, can buzz people in the building with camera/security system, package room is locked, rooftop is nicely furnished, management is responsive
Cons
gym is more like a hotel gym and could use more equipment, heating costs are expensive in the winter, walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors play loud music/instruments
Advice to the owners
add squat rack in the gym, have someone clean the sidewalk outside the building (sometimes sidewalk has a lot of trash)
