    - nice finishings
    - nice people
    - convenient location
    Cons:
    - really busy neighborhood and dirty block
    - apartment gets really cold
    - construction nearby

    Pros:
    There is maintenance/management available most of the time. They respond quickly. Pest control came every week if you needed it. Garbage was outside and was kept organized.
    Cons:
    Apartment was loud at night. My packages got stolen a lot when i lived there.
    Some units had laundry and others didn't.
