Poor management for the apartments and building is gross.

Pros:
Only three units, and fantastic location. Large apts with washer and dryers.
Cons:
Management is slow to respond. Hallways are dirty. Trash becomes a mountain right next to apartment door. Rats are running around in the walls (have seen them through the holes in the walls in the hallways). Appliances break and management is slow to fix them. My fridge broke for 2 weeks. Ants everywhere.
Advice to owner:
Get a better super.

Pros:
- very high ceilings
- great natural lighting
- great location (proximity to trains, things to do in the neighborhood)
Cons:
- building management was VERY slow to respond, if they ever did respond
- unit was clearly recently renovated in a way that cut corners (gaps in sealing the walls and floors led to ant infestations)
- sometimes there would be an unannounced loss of power or water with no explanation and building management would not respond, or they would say someone would get to fixing it but no one would come
Advice to owner:
please communicate with tenants better
